Even though the wait times during the pandemic have been God-awful they have done their best to respond to all of my needs and hand taken care of all of them appropriately
Value for the money. When I call it's because something I need is broken, timeliness is not always on point.
The year 2020 just will not stop giving. Our dish washer went out this spring, followed by our water heater just this week. Both were covered under our AHS policy. The claims procedure was simply handled on-line and both units were replaced to our satisfaction. We are very thankful that we have an AHS policy.
