I’ve had several claims and AHS has always contracted contractors quickly. I pay my deductible and they’ve always covered my claims with ease.
They always send a repairman out, but the quality of the repair company is always suspect. I had an issue with my heat pump a couple weeks ago and I had to call the same company for the forth time TODAY! I also understand that if it can’t be repaired due to lack of Freon then they will not replace the unit. I will have to pay for it. They will always do what they can to repair before replacing a unit.

So far they have been very responsive and have taken care of my issues timely and to my satisfaction.
