I've had good responses thus far and they are next day in the service[s] job requested.
My recent A/C service request was handled efficiently and professionally. The tech asked me about the problem and symptoms before starting and narrowed the work down to a replacement capacitor. Only a single visit was required and I'm back to having an operating A/C system.
They have covered each of our claims quickly and professionally.

I have be a member for 18yrs now and I love the service wouid not trade it for nothing world. My refrigerator went out and that was about 30 years old after they came on and said that they couldn't fix it they gave me a voucher for $1,600 to home Depot and now my air conditioner went out and it's pretty old to so we are going to see what they're going to do I'm pretty sure they're going to replace it with a new one and can you pay the $75 deductible and that was it I'm already paid the $75 deductible for the air conditioner ... read more
