It takes days to get service- when they show it is usually a Good job.
very prompt to send someone to fix the problem
Had central air heating issue. Turned on heat in my upstairs unit and started smelling burning (and not the first use burning off dust). Called AHS and the representative assisted me in selecting correct issue (heating) and a repair company was assigned in a matter of minutes. Scheduled for the company to come out and within a 30 min window my issue was resolved (burned out blower motor).
Identified a service company quickly. Very professional and courteous.
Everything thing that went out it was repair or replace
This is a split decision the first time I get service through American home shield it was to fix my stove the repair person came by inspected the stoves gave us a date when he will repair them came on that day punctual on time fixed both my stoves did an excellent job I was very pleased the guy was very professional and respectful.
