We have needed your services approximately 4 times. After the $100 deductabe of each situation, your company has followed through with either paying for broken or replacement parts or if necessary, replaced the defective appliance. We are happy to work with American Home Shield
The costumer service i spoke to, she was knowledgeable, patient and friendly talking. I like her a lot! These kind of people deserve awards and the guy who came in to fix the bathroom faucet shower was very polite and good guy & good listener, so far our faucet shower are working good!. Sorry if i don’t remember their names.
