Service has always been good and reliable
I am writing this review about the second contractor you sent ONLY. This contractor was wonderful it took him maybe 30 minutes to fix the toilet and it has not leaked again since. He was every knowleable, and knew just what was wrong and fixed it. Please always send him if I have a plumbing problem.
AMS has been very good to me since purchasing an older house. I highly recommend the service.
I love the fact that when I call to have my washer repaired,I was scheduled for someone to come out and repair the machine the same day.. I told the rep. the problem I was having with the machine,they ordered the parts, and when the parts were in,I was called and given a day and time when the tenacial would arrive. The tenacial was on time and repaired the machine in a timely manner.
I have been a customer of American Home Shield since December 2018. So far I have used their services 3 times, and each time have been very satisfied with the results.
Great service as usual. Service provider was great although it took a while to receive service
Response time very fast and they keep informing me of the progress
The app was very simple and straight forward to find what issue I had, what times were available for service and the selection of companies. It was also very easy to set up the account with my payment info. After the the company showed up on time, fixed my problem for cheaper than I expected, and that was it. Simple.
They came they saw and repaired.Outstanding.
