When my washer went out I was excited and a bit nervous about using my homeshield coverage for the first time. Would it be as easy as advertised or would it be a big hassle? I needn't have worried. The online service was easy to use. The repair crew was polite and knowledgeable. They had me up and fixed in less than 48 hours. So glad I have the service.
Whenever I request repair service, it is almost immediate and the companies they choose have been top notch so far.

When AHS had a company on file in my area, the repair process was quick and satisfying. When AHS did not have a company on file for a different repair I needed, I had to find my own contractor and get reimbursed by AHS. Finding the contractor was easy, but getting acknowledgement and reimbursement from AHS was tedious and over-long.
We have had to have two services since moving into our new home. It has been easy to request service, the contractors respond quickly, and things were easily fixed. I am so grateful for the coverage and it has been a huge relief.
