This is the third time I’ve used AHS most of my experience has been good. My major issue is with customer service. Once your order is setup the calls seem to only go to an overseas customer service center. My issue with this is though they understand English they often don’t understand the context of your words. Quick response, hired the right company to get the job done.
I've made 2 claims and the first one (six or replace our oven) took about 3 to 4 weeks, but the icemaker was done quickly. so now I'm ok with AHS.

American Home Shield has been outstanding in sending very capable technicians to address all our issues. Our problems have always been repaired to our satisfaction. When replacements were needed, they were done promptly and without hesitation. I have recommended AHS to many friends and family.
They were polite and helpful on the problem and set up a repairman and not charge the second time at no charge to me. The first repairman did not fix the problemphone to resolve the problem
all claims get resolved within 48 hours, all companies that show up are very proffessional
