I've had to have the service rep out 3 times and my refrigerator is still not fixed. This time he told me to buy a part on Amazon.

Sometimes good, sometimes bad. I think the smart thing is to put aside $75/mo and pay for things as they come up. I keep meaning to do that. Too many AHS contractors put AHS customers as too low of a priority. And if the repair is too expensive, it seems like AHS always figures out a technicality to say it's not covered. The more I right this review, the more I realize what a ripoff AHS is

The plumber and last appliance contractors put us off so Iong that I had to replace my hot waterheater myself and had to just purchase new microwave. Horrible service.
I had a bad experience with people coming 6my house to repair my AC unit because it was getting cool and it wasn't getting hot in winter. Still not satisfied.

I ve had AHS for about six months. My first call was for a built in microwave not working. I was charged the service fee and a repair company FaceTimed to diagnose the problem. I was then sent a letter saying that my built in was not a built in. ??? I sent pictures showing it was indeed built in. No help from AHS. No resolution. Microwave still broken.

AC service has been decent but I have an ice maker issue that hasn't been fixed and hasn't made ice in two years. AHS has the issue resolved in their records and it costs $100 for them to open a new ticket to look at it, even though it's never been repaired since February 2019. The technician said it should just be replaced but AHS denied that and kept sending out technicians who were unable to repair it.

Had clogged drain and they sent 2 different plumbers out; both said they needed to totally rip out my terrazzo floors and kitchen island .AHS was only going to cover $1000.00 out of a $20,000.00+ job.Hired a local plumber and was fixed for $227.00 & NO ripping out anything !
