AHS did NOT resolve the issue and waiting over2.5 months for a part that has not been received. They communicated they would provide me options but have not dobe this and still over 3 months has not reolved or completed this job.

They are on time. I just have an issue with the price increases every year. It's going to be over $100 at the rate it's going and then I won't bdd we able to afford it since I'm on a fixed income as a retired individual. Maybe you can consider giving Seniors Citizrns some type of discount.
Because I have a open work order that no one seems to know what’s going on but yet I pay my monthly without hesitation to be treated as such work order open on ceiling fans 4 May 2021 no one knows what’s going on. Use to be a great program but now very disappointed at the customer care

5 year old GE Dishwasher Failed. Tech came out charged $100 for co pay. 2 Days later was notified repair was not covered because there was mold. Had to buy a new dishwasher
The electrical contractor they used was poor and didn't spot various issues that other independent electrician that I hired did spot. Coverage was denied even though plain language of the contract says that electrical system is covered. Had to pay out of pocket and was out $75 for the useless service call since the electrician the warranty sent out wasn't able to solve anything.

We recently had our pool pump replaced and it is not compatible with our existing digital system. We called American Home Shield to see if they could help us and nothing has been resolved.
On July 2, 2021, I submitted an invoice of which I used an outside contractor to remove and replace a defective hot water heater, of which it was under manufacturers warranty. I was told by AHS to submit an invoice from the plumber which I paid $500 to. AHS told me that it would take 7-10 days to receive my check of $500. It has been 21 business days, and I still have not received the check. I called AHS today, July 29th, and they told me that it would be another 12 business days before I could receive my money. I hate they took customer service overseas, you can barely understand the person on the line. The last time I put in my credit card information, it charged my checking account anyway instead of my card...these things are so frustrating.
