Nigel and Teighlor did a great job getting our loan setup and approved quickly. They worked well with our agent and made sure we closed on time. I debated between a few lenders but Nigel’s expertise and flexibility ultimately led us to choose American Pacific and we are glad we did.

Nigel and Teighlor were fantastic!! We had some hiccups in the beginning but they were so flexible and very informative. I felt like we received so much clarification and support. The process was so clear and easy. During our first meeting we felt so heard and like Nigel was already trying to help us in the best way possible. Being a first time homebuyer is so scary and they made it such a breeze!
