When talking with other lenders, we were left confused especially as first time home buyers. We would ask questions and the explanations we received made no sense, NOT with Nigel and his team at American Pacific Mortgage! Our experience with them was great from start to finish. They were kind and gentle and helped walk us through every step of the process and get us into a home we love at a price we can afford!

I never thought in my wildest dreams I would be a homeowner . We have been renting for over 10 years. We got a call from our property manager that the owners wanted to sell.
