Michael did a great job for me as I was trying to balance kids, work, consulting and buying! I was challenged by some old credit issues and he was in the trenches helping me work through them. In the end, on the last day, we got everything done, and I was in the house the day I needed to. Both my Realtor and myself felt he did an outstanding job and I would recommend him.

Michael was more than a joy to work with. His work ethics and knowledge of the buisness was very helpful. Michael did not have the "salesman" approach and was more worried about making sure I understood what I was commiting myself to when purchasing my home. Even to this day, after my loan has been changed to a larger bank, I still go to Michael first when I have general questions or concerns on what is going on with my mortgage. I'm very satisfied with my loan officer, Michael Patterson. He provided excellent service for us. He helped us close the loan within the tight timeframe. We got pretty good rate. Our case is some complicated. He worked with the city and resolved the issue. Without his help, we won't be able to close the deal. I highly recommend him!

Michael responded promptly with the good faith estimates and was very personable.He has been encouraging and helpful with the appraisal in the downward trend of home prices.We will continue the process with him.

Michael did an absolutely fantastic job on closing this loan. I had a particularly tricky refinance situation - with all sorts of snags - and Michael was always there doing the blocking and tackling to keep the ball moving forward. I haven't worked with a better lender and definitely recommend him. I'm sending all of my friends and family to Michael.

Thanks for making the refinancing process go so smoothly! I was very impressed that we were able to lower our payments each month and pay off some additional debt. Along with that we even got a lower interest rate that will help to pay off our home even quicker.
