Working with Jordan was great! He helped us with our recent refinance and the process was fast and efficient. We had plenty of questions and Jordan help answer them fast and with as much detail as we needed. It was great to finally work with someone who had our best interest in mind and who was as transparent as possible through the entire process.We ran into a snag with our final tax posting and Jordan and team helped us get through the hurdle quickly and in time to close on the refinance without any problems.

Jordan performed flawlessly from start to finish on our FHA loan for a fourplex. We were under tight time constraints, with no chance of a contract extension, and Jordan kept us in the loop on the action he was taking to ensure we closed on time. We got a great rate, plus our property was technically in a flood zone and Jordan was actually able to get our flood insurance requirement dropped! Amazing! Respectful, professional and honest, I have no doubt Jordan is kind of guy who comes to work with his sleeves rolled up.

Kenton Becker is the best!! I contacted and met him the summer of 2013 about refinancing my home (my loan exceeded the value of my home). Kenton advised me to wait until the housing market improved because given my situation, mortgage insurance would eat up the savings of any refinance. So I waited. As promised, Kenton contacted me in the spring of 2014. The market was improving but Kenton suggested I wait just a few more months. I worked directly with Jordan Swerland and then later with Gina Koehl a bit, but everything went great. Jordan was able to get everything done smoothly, quickly and always answered every question as thorough as possible. They did everything as transparent as possible and found ways to get me a higher loan amount through avenues that I didn't even know existed.
