The staff at this vet is great. Dr. Pond was great with my dog. A very pleasant experience.
American Pet Hospital is the best hands down. My family and I have been bringing Our dogs there for over 25 years now. Allthough all the vets there are fantastic, You wont find a more knowledgable and caring vet than Dr. Pond. He has saved me thousands of dollars in the past, and has saved many of my dogs from anguish of a misdiagnosis and unnecessary treatment elsewhere-(which was only out of convenience) so we learned our lesson long ago. Doesn't matter where we live, we will not take our dogs anywhere else..........ever.
We just got a new puppy and we were referred to Dr. Johnson. She was great and you can see she has a passions to help our pets. She gave us a lot of advice to take good care of our new pet and keep her healthy.
We moved to this side of town a while back and had not been to any new place until we had an emergency visit for my dog. This was our first time here and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They contacted me the next day to check on my Trudy which I thought was very thoughtful. I had accidentally missed my appointment for check up and called to apologize and they were very understanding. I will definitely be back!
I have been bringing my fur babies to this facility since 2008 and I cannot begin to express my thanks to the staff at American Pet Hospital for the love and support that is provided to my 'children'. The doctors and staff at American Pet Hospital are second to none. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who loves their fur babies like their own children. In fact, I have recommended them to my friends and family who are now happy clients as well.
I just moved to Nevada from Illinois and needed to find a veterinarian. I looked up reviews for quite a few and finally settled on American Pet Hospital. Even though there must be 5 other vets between where I live and this place I am so happy I chose American Pet Hospital over any other. Prices are much the same as I paid in Illinois. BUT.... Attitude and caring was A++++!
Adopted two Great Danes in November. We had seen Dr. Johnson at another Vet in the past with our previous Great Dane and Labrador and LOVED her, and with these two puppies I really wanted her to see them, so I searched for her and found her here. :) Since coming here we have had an interaction with all the Vets and have liked each of them. Supper friendly staff as well. We couldn't be happier here! Thanks!!!
I have been taking my dog here since I first got him 2 years ago. The vets are awesome, caring, and compassionate. They take their time with you, and answer your questions, even if they seem ridiculous. I absolutely recommend this place.
Pricey but got the job done. An added bonus: they had a really awesome person who did grooming...CAT grooming...Did a great job and our meowser was not freaked out. $$ but worth it.
