Our pump died during the holidays with a house full of family. The receptionist was able to find a crew that had some time and dispatched them to us the same day (not always possible). Chuck was excellent, carefully explaining the context for what they did, and offered excellent advice for maintenance and future upgrades.
We purchased a new home in October 2024. Shortly after we moved in, we experienced a significant issue with our well. Needless to say, we were quite frustrated and felt as though the seller did not properly disclose this known well issue. In comes American Pump. They dug and built the original well in 2022. I gladly give American Pump and Drilling a five star rating. I know the word awesome seems to be used a lot these days but this company truly deserves the title. Our situation went from not having any water in the house-because of what another company had messed up on and couldn't get back to fix it for two weeks-to having these guys come out and in a very short time setting us up with a whole new well water system. The installation process was a positive experience. The guys were friendly and explained use of the system very well. The installation was neat and clean. I haven’t been able to try the water due to a lack of plumbing. I’m looking forward to it.
The folks at APD came out shortly after I called and proceeded to pull up 200' of pipe in a print rain all day and replaced the pump at my rental. I know it costs a lot but they were responsive, professional and talented to be able to pull it off at a moments notice. Thank you too everyone who helped make it happen. I'll be following up with you on some neglected maintenance on the same week this summer. All of this taken care of same day while I am out of the area.
