American Roofing did a fabulous job on my new roof! From the moment they came out to look at the roof, to the completion was a great experience! Very professional & courteous. They ripped off & replace the roof in one day. And left everything very clean & picked up! I would highly recommend them for your next roof!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Communication throughout this entire process has been terrible. I have constantly had to chase people down for answers and updates, and promises have been made with little to no follow-through. They received my insurance down payment in September 2025, and this entire process has dragged on for nearly a year after damage occurred around March 2025. we went into a contract with them in June it was pointed out by several people that we have a hard deadline before depreciation kicks in on November 30th. after multiple standard emails just changing the weeks by this company, I started contacting them at least once a week explaining that I have a hard deadline in my insurance before depreciation kicks in. no one seemed to understand that, but it was confirmed with my adjuster multiple times and he actually gave names of the people he spoke to in this company. it's now Novem... read more
I called to get the free estimate they advertise on their webpage. The representative came, we talked and come to find out they do not give any free estimates. You have to sign a contract first.
