Great customer service. Ordered 3 sets of XMas lights n 1 of the sets was labeled correctly but the lights were packaged wrong. They quickly responded to my email , sent out a return shipping ******* I had the correct lights in a very short period of time. Great Job!!

Fantastic, attentive service even though it was busy. Stopped in on a Sunday night for a new Christmas Tree for my business office at ********************** in ******* so I could surprise the staff with a new office Christmas Tree !!!! The process to buy it went smooth, including customer service representatives who answered all of my questions, all the way to having it loaded into the car. Have ordered for years. This go around we ordered three sets of Christmas lights - two were correct and one wasnt. **************** was great, after having to push a little, as they are sending the new lights out straight away while providing me with a return label. Will order again as products are always solid.

On November 12th , my husband and I went in to American Sales to buy a Christmas tree. I have to say the man that helped us was one of the most helpful friendly associates *** dealt with in a long time ( in any store Ive recently gone to).
