Did an online order, Jeff seems to be the person that packed my items. I ordered a few items for my Christmas village and everything arrived in great condition except for one piece (see picture). It was detached from the base, I hope that I can fix it with some crazy glue. Overall good experience and would order from them again.
Packaging was great! No broken item. Every piece is packed with bubble wrap. Kudos to Paul for doing such a good job. I got the box broken but everything inside was intact!
My orders arrived in perfect condition. This is my second time to order from American Sale. Just wondering why they do not offer free shipping. Sadly, shipping is so slow! I expect faster shipping since I paid for the shipping for each piece. Nevertheless, Taylor who packed my orders in 2022 and, Paul who took care of my items in 2023- both did a super job packing my orders neatly and carefully so I will receive my items in perfect condition! Good job Taylor and Paul!
Shipment was packed perfectly! Everything was in bubble wrap and nothing was broken! Paul was the packer and he did a fantastic job! There should be more people like him that cares about the customer, which is hard to find anymore! Thanks Paul 👍 great job!
Just received my first purchase from American Sale and I am very pleased! I had purchased this same item from a different seller, but had to return due to damage to the item. I found the exact same item on American Sale and purchased. It arrived in great shape. Thank you PAUL for packing my order extremely well , better than i have ever received, and marking the shipping box "FRAGILE"!! I'M OVER THE MOON and will be making future purchases!
