Installers were Very professional, knew ins and outs of the gazebo, answered all my questions.

I saw a gazebo online that I was interested in but wasn't available yet. I called the ***********, Il. American Sales store and spoke with Sales Consultant **** ********. A display model wasn't set up yet, so she stayed in contact and notified me once it was ready for me to view and that it was on sale! I ran into a snag that would delay the delivery of the gazebo but **** immediately solved the problem and I now have a new and beautiful gazebo. **** *. exemplifies great communication skills and customer service!

My package arrived sooner than I expected. American Sale notified me when package shipped and that delivery would be sooner. Very easy website to order product.
