These two men came in with the throw rugs. Not to scratch the floors or anything else. I didn't have to many questions to ask. But when I did they was answered. On the service!
Our pool was ordered in late April and installed in mid June by Midwest Pool. They were excellent! Would highly recommend both companies to anyone that is looking to invest in a pool.
Good communication. Good customer service. Delivery was flawless. Sales associate went above and beyond to help us find and umbrella that would match the patio set.
I had a Corvana hot tub cover installed. 4 employees came to install it. They were great. Very professional. Cleaned everything up and definitely knew what they were doing. Great job by all of them. Stopped by American Sale today to look for a lounge chair for our patio. They had a great selection. *** was so helpful! She was extremely knowledgeable & funny!! Will definitely go back & will ask for ***, she was WONDERFUL!!!!
The service was great. I dont know why there are so many complaints about the phones not being answered. Every time I called someone answered and addressed my concerns. I ordered some patio furniture and two of the chairs were defective. They quickly exchanged them without any problems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
