Great quality of merchandise excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Delivery was on time and when promised. This company seemed to pride themselves on customer satisfaction. He was extremely thorough in explaining the pool product we were interested in and provided a lot of insight on pool installation with the contractors through American Sales. The store staff was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The process to get the gazebo my mother wanted was easy. We opted for delivery and installation. The installation date was approximately 3 weeks after purchased and completed on time and with professionalism. My mother absolutely LOVES her new gazebo.

Sales experience was fantastic. Great sales lady who was very patient and nice selection of products. Once we decided she moved the process along extremely fast. My only complaint is with the delivery. We were told we were going to get delivery between seven and 10 in the morning. Around 830. The delivery people called and said they had truck problems but will probably be able to get there that day.
