Gave down payment of $ ***** in March 2023 they promised to build in 3 weeksconstant lies from their salesman every week until November when I wanted to cancel they told me that I would loose my down payment if I did. Finally built it in NOVEMBER ..salesman promised a 10% discount and extra things (his words) for being late more lies.. carport not built as we agreed ????. Need another building built on my property but never again with this irresponsible company

Overall, they did a decent job communicating, and working with me on my carport design, which went well, and the installers and finished product turned out great, which was fortunate, because after installation , the company basically vanished and totally failed to return my emails or voice messages afterwords, in relation to a few questions, and upgrade to the carport, as I decided to add some additional side panels, and apparently it wasnt worth their time, so they basically ghosted me , which is why my review is only 2 st... read more

Total lack of communication. Over 12 weeks without a schedule....then I canceled the order which evidently got their attention because they found a slot a couple days later. I would recommend going elsewhere. The final product was good but the process was horrible.

My Building was started on Wednesday October 24th, from there the frame was placed on the pad with good results. From there the side panels were installed with gaps from the end of the panel to the concrete ridge. Specifications call for the pad ridge so the panels would close the opening and not allow entry from the outside. Many panels have gaps and light enters from these areas. What is the purpose of the pad ridge if the installer is not careful to allow the panel to flush to the end of the ridge. Believe the design is s... read more

Great product. TERRIBLE service! I paid for my carport in full when I placed my order. It took almost 4 months to get it installed. I have NEVER called them and had them answer the phone. Half the time I didnt get a call back. TERRIBLE communication. I chose them because it is called AMERICAN steel carports. On 2 of my uprights it is clearly stamped made in *****. I have received 2 emails wanting my review. The product seems good, the customer service is not good, I purchased from the headquarters or what I assumed was out of *****. The company salesman was always available before purchasing however he became a ghost after the deposit and during the build, the only communication I had after deposit was with a person for scheduling, the dates were changed twice. The install was two weeks late. They lied about the install date to make the sale. The install was bad, they used bricks they found around my yard to level one side of the building. None of the installers could speak English. They left screws and scrap medal on the grass. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have a rv cover upside down on top of a boat and truck installed by these people and was told I didn't pay for a warranty that was never offered. These are often sold through a 3rd party so buyer beware. They do not stand behind these products. I suggest you not stand any where near or under one either. Poor business.
