RecommendedAmazing atmosphere with a great staff. It’s so nice to come to a place where the whole family can get a workout in at the same time. My son is learning discipline and a skill along with with having some fun and getting exercise. Love the American Top Team-Team Lima Family!

I have never felt more loved, supported, and encouraged anywhere! I am a 43 year old mom and teacher. I am overweight and, well, awkward so gym environments can be intimidating. I have never felt like I was seen as anything other than family, and like with families we celebrate our wins- no matter how big or small together. We also come together when we have losses...not to mourn but to evaluate and plan.
