This location is by far my favorite one. I had lots of bad experiences at the arrowhead location and so this location has restored my faith in the company. Great polite customer service.

The people at this store are absolutely amazing! They found our insurance and trust me that was no easy task. So patient. I brought my family of 4 in and they were so laid back about having 2 little boys in their store for hours. I recommend everyone and their brother go here! I can not thank them enough. So appreciative of Daniel and Yarentcy. The optometrist John was amazing too. Seriously fantastic customer service.

I was in town doing some volunteer work and I did so much cleaning, painting and dusting today that I rubbed my contact right on out. I feared it was in my eye somewhere. Being I don't recall it coming out. After not being able to see out of my left eye for a few hours later, I called my Optometrist in TX. He called all around Arizona until he found my prescription. These guys, at least at this location, made an incredible effort at having me walk away satisfied and they succeeded. Both the assistant manager and manager went what I would consider above and beyond. I'll return for sure, and posted on my own FB page a recommendation to all my friends to come here.
Made an appointment online, called next day to reconfirm. Spoke with Janessa who was very pleasant and helpful . She even moved my appointment back so I'd have enough time to talk with a tech about my insurance. Today was my appointment. I got there super early. Sue at the front desk was great. She even found Jose to sit with me to go over insurance. Turns out I was worried for nothing. Jose was amazing!! He was kind, patient and most of all LISTENED to what I wanted.
