I was expecting mediocrity but found extraordinary service! Kudos to Daniel for sevice way above and beyond. Thanks, too, to Receptionist Sue for competent and pleasant service on the phone and in person. This is a great operation!
Was kind of leary about coming here. Went to a different location several years ago and the service was horrible but this one was great. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.was greeted as soon as i walked in. Was a walk in was expecting to be told a long wait or make an appt for another day. Was in and out in a hour including eye exam and picking frames. Same treatment when i went to pick them up. Had to go and get an adjustment on one of the frames and wait was only like 5minutes.
Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company, especially one that I depend on to SEE! I planned my appointment at the time I did because I was having surgery later that week which would keep me in bed for well over a week, and felt by the time I was healed my glasses would be ready..... right? WRONG! I had gone in for an eye exam and everything was very rushed, I don't feel the assistant cared about my test results at all and only wanted to be sure she collected the additional $25 to have the testin... read more

I wish i can give -5 , worse company i ever i seeking medical help right now due to cheap frames that scared my face . never ever again , even when i paid about $500 for them.
Complete and total scam. The $70 free eye exam is a crock. I even called and asked about bifocals and she said it would be $99. The first thing that the used car salesman says is that my prescription is " VERY expensive". $312 OVER the $70 GC/ absurd ad in their TV commercial and the above cover photo. So I used the $70 to pay for the "FREE" eye exam and got the hell out of there. Where do I even begin. I've been coming to this location for several years. I had to get a prescription renewal so I made an appointment to get an exam. I saw one doctor.
