We recently had our bathroom remodeled. From the initial price quote to the actual renovation, ADH was very professional. Daniel and Alex were particularly great. They came in and made a paper runway all the way to the bathroom to prevent dust and debris from tracking through the house. They came daily and communicated with us about our preferences. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First off, right off the bat the lady who answered my call had an attitude so ugly, I was quite stunned that these people want customers (attitude won't get you service) Secondly, I was looking to see if plumbing repairs could be made on Yelp and I found this place right...I checked their services menu and it literally says "Plumbing Services"; so I tell the lady "Hey so I saw you guys do plumbing services to repair because I have a leakage going to my downstairs area. From the day I walked into their showroom, I have been impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service of this company and its employees. I first met Vlad, then Natalie and Rachel at the front desk. They were all friendly and welcoming, as I made my selection of a Cambria quartz countertop ("Smithfield"). We did a very large remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and a bathroom. It involved removing walls, putting in a new header moving plumbing and a whole new design. We are so pleased with the results and the work. Viktor was super easy to work with, Osa helped us make design choices. Overall we love it. (The pics are before)
Just completed a major remodel of my 1917 craftsman home. The home was badly in need of a new kitchen and I also chose to add a master bathroom. After talking to a couple contractors I was disappointed to find that most wanted to just do exactly what I told them, rather than work with me to find the right design for my vision. America's Dream Homeworks recently completed replacing the granite countertops with quartz in both our main kitchen and a secondary one in an in-law unit. They did a very professional job on both, including installation of new garbage disposals, sinks, faucets, and other items. They worked quickly and left the jobsite very clean when they were done. They finally came and fixed the floor. They sent a crew who spent 2 days to fix everything. They did a good job this time around. Removed everything in the room, replaced the whole floor, put back the baseboard, and then I asked them to send a painter to re paint the baseboard ( they had to nail them again, so had to fill the holes and repaint ).
