America's Dream HomeWorks

Even 7 years after our remodel I am still amazed at the astoundingly crappy, poor, incompetent level of work done by America's Dream Homeworks. Our latest revelation, I was cleaning a sink in one of our bathrooms they remodeled and when scrubbing with light pressure, POP! Out falls the sink. The crew that installed this sink only used silicon caulk to attach the sink under the counter and spots of epoxy adhesive (but not nearly enough). They did not use any clips or other physical bracing as a backup. So now I have a sink th... read more

After speaking to 5 contractors over several months, we ultimately decided on ADH to renovate our kitchen. Shota, our designer, listened to our needs and helped us bring our vision into reality. The showroom is beautiful, and it was very inspiring to start the design process right there in the middle of it all. Shota was very organized, and provided a book containing all the details of the project, with a photo of the kitchen design. The little things truly make a difference! There was a slight delay in starting the project,... read more

We recently had our kitchen cabinets, countertops, and backslash redone as well as the floors downstairs. ADH made a very stressful process smooth and easy. From Osa, our designer, to Andre and his entire team, everyone was very professional and kept us informed during the entire process. We will definitely be calling ADH when we need any remodeling done. Can't say enough good things about this family owned business.

Loved working with this family business that installed my new quartz counter and beautiful backsplash. Consulted with Michael Florence and am very pleased with the outcome. Just took 2 days and both teams were very professional and took care of all the little details to ensure the project was perfect.

I highly recommend Americas Dream Homeworks in North Highlands. They did our granite countertops, backsplash and windowsill. They contract through COSTCO and have a showroom in NH. 5 stars. . Their finance company is excellent. Company: American Vinyl Exteriors dab Americas Dream Homeworks. Finance: Service Finance Co., LLC

America's Dream Homework's came and I finally got the countertops and back splash I've waited patiently for! This counter installers were a gentleman and his two sons. What I appreciated is that I was kept informed and asked questions regarding certain things about the installation to make sure we were on the same page. They were cordial, professional, meticulous and thorough. Once completed they vacuumed and wiped the counters clean. Then, the next day George came and installed the backsplash. He did a wonderful job. Percis... read more

We contracted with America's Dream Homeworks to remodel our kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. They were major remodels. They gave us a bid and an approximate finishing date. They honored both to the letter. They showed up on time every day and worked each project to completion. The work was professional, on time and with zero excuses. We are totally happy with the result. I would highly recommend them. They are people of their word, and honor everything they say.

Over 1,000 sq ft of flooring was installed and within two years there is warping and broken seams throughout the house. Called them back within the 2 year warranty. They came and did a quick cheap fix. Within a year the same issues in the same areas occurred. Of course since it's no longer covered by warranty, they now want to charge 2k to fix the issues they caused. Do not use this company fellow homeowners. They treat you very well during sales and installation but when their low quality work creates issues, they do not ca... read more

We were looking to comprehensively remodel two bathrooms and on the recommendation of a friend who had had her two bathrooms remodeled by ADH we also went with ADH. Although we live in the South Bay, ADH's Alex made the two-hour trip to take a look at our bathrooms and give us suggestions, then one weekend we drove to their huge showroom and picked out the marble, tiles, and fittings. Eugene is the one-man army who single-handedly did pretty much all the work in both bathrooms, including installing an exhaust fan in one bath... read more
