Andrew at the Temecula store was great. He made my install happen quickly and smoothly. The carpet installers and the hard surface installers were all very professional, and did great work. I would absolutely use America’s Finest again. Thanks guys!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t bother wasting your time. Go with a company who cares and doesn’t run you off the property.
We had you put new padding and carpet in 3 bedrooms and the rest of house new Lum. Wood flooring! You put in cheapest padding (we didn't ooder it) and the color of carpet was wrong color and the cheapest carpet you have. The flooring was put in wrong and Angel had to come back and it still is bad. We are seniors and we had to move al the bedroom furniture outside when it was free for them to do it. Beware! BEWARE! We used This Company alittle over a year ago. I picked out the color of carpet and asked for memory padding, We got cheap padding, some light yellow/beige carpet as they said didn't have the color I asked for. Carpet is terrible. Then the Luminate floors, Angel & his son put that in (1st day looked real good gave $100.00 tip) they came the 2nd day to finish flooring and didn't even the floor with this cement spred and lay down blue material, so the kitchen flooring sorted coming up , I called to have Angel come out... read more
I sit here looking at our laminate wood floor that was installed 3 years ago by AFC and was rated at a 50-year life and equivalent durability of oak hardwood and it looks like it has 15-20 years of wear on it. The laminate is coming off in areas and the corners and edges of the product are all showing advanced wear. This started about 6-8 months after it was installed and about 12 months after I reached out to AFC. Did not deliver on date agreed to. It took 3 deliveries on 3 different days, with lost wages exceeding200 dls to accept extra deliveries. Also trim pcs do not match in color. Will never use this company again
I had multiple problems with the installation crew and the sale reps at this company. So little effort was made to keep the floors even and straight, titles are at an 80 degree to the walls and the vinyl they only repaired a 10 by 10 square feet an its noticeable.
The range and selection of flooring at this store were both excellent, the sales staff were very nice and helpful, and their prices are good. However, the good stuff ends after they have your money. Less tan two years after having carpet installed in 9 areas we started having buckling in 7 of them (2 of which get little or no traffic), which I’m sure is due to the carpet not being stretched when it was installed. Jorge won’t listen to complaints and is rude. The installers weren’t very good. They used my toilet and there was remnants of #2 Left in bowl and left the toilet seat filthy. Gross
