We spent thousands of dollars installing new flooring in our residence. A week after the installation we noticed a bit of damage in the flooring. We called to tell them about the issue and sent pictures of the problem. They said that they would send someone out to repair the flooring, we didn't hear from them for many weeks. I am so upset I will never step foot in this store again. Spoke with Jenny who showed me a few samples of polished floor tiles and checked out two to take home. She checked with her manager for a price on the one I was most interested in and he quoted a price per sq. ft. Went back to order the tile two days later and she said he misquoted the price it was actually $2 more per sq. ft. Came to our home to clean carpets, living room, hallway and two bedrooms. With specific instructions to clean the area rug in the living room. Did not do it, paid $65.00. I walked the technician through the apartment giving the instructions. Said okay and didn’t do as instructed. My wife calls for carpet cleaning several times a year and with our regular company closed right now she found these guys. You could have had a regular customer.
Don't even bother - this company has fake reviews and hides the bad ones! Poor quality work and non-professional
The worst - COVID of carpet companies. Poor service, workmanship, ethics and resolution of disputes! Make another choice!!

Have used you guys since 1996 and when it has to do with a vinyl floor it's become very unreliable since last summer. No showed last week...
I got my carpet installed three weeks ago and am very dissatisfied with my carpet installation. They damaged wood all up the side of my condo and not are saying the damage was there before they installed the carpet. I have three witnesses to prove their was no damage before the carpet was installed. It took them over a week to come look at it and now three weeks later they are saying the damage was there before.
