All personnel inolved in assisting me through my intial set up of joining the Americor.com Debt program were patient, listened attentively, spoke clearly, willing to repeat or rephase and quiries or issues I had, and made me feel a valuable customer.
Martin was very good at explaining things to me to and was very helpful when I had questions. The only thing I was a little upset with was when I went on to create my American portal I saw that each month my payment was going to about $13 more due to a fee. It still stayed within my budget but I should have been told about that. It doesn't change how helpful Martin was and he made the process very easy. He also seemed very relatable to me and financial troubles!
