I started with Americor in October. I was very hesitant in going through this process. Just today 11/15, I’ve seemed to have gotten a resolution on one of the two loans have with Americor. Hoping for the best.
I had a previous credit company and they had my account for two years. They allowed multiple accounts to be sold. I have Ben with Americor for less than a month and already have one settlement offer. I love the customer service! From the very start I have been informed and included in all decisions and details.
They have been helpful in managing my debt and have been clear and transparent. When reaching out to customer service it can take a while for them to respond. Overall, highly recommend though.
Americor has handled all my paperwork phone calls letters in the process of removing my credit card debt. All the staff and company are all awesome they know what they're doing they're professional, polite, caring knowledgeable I think they're a great company to handle your problems with with financial difficulties.. great job so far guys can't wait to get out of debt
