Wow the customer service was so excellent making sure I understood everything that I was doing. Walking me through the process and then the service while going through the portal and app was just as amazing.

I had a really good experience with Americor from the time I started to process and while the negotiations were ongoing. They were helpful and stayed in contact often. I started the process in July '23 and by January '24, all the accounts I signed up with were settled. One thing is your credit score will drop significantly, but after settling the account, my score has risen by 30+ points already.
