They were on top of everything. All I had to do was make sure the deposits were in and sat back till a settlement offer came in and I except or deny it. Easy as that

They gave me piece of mind when i was fielding debt callers and missing payments. Ea situation is different but 8 months in and I have accepted the loan to clear my debts, no settlements remain. Fee structures are mentioned but may surprise some. In the end I think paying them to manage what I couldnt, and leaving me with a better outcome than I could achieve solo is worth fees, interest, and the tension of waiting.
