The process was somewhat long and tedious but when called I was given answers to my various questions. At time I would have appreciated updates on progress of payments after given approval to agreeing.
My advisor was very patient and kind, I’m happy with my decision.

Representative Joe was very courteous and knowledgeable about how to help with the creditor's so I can get the credit cards paid off in the near future.
I must admit I was very skeptical about this whole process. I seen my situation as a haunting and discouraging cloud which I would have to get used to for a long time.
