The process was somewhat long and tedious but when called I was given answers to my various questions. At time I would have appreciated updates on progress of payments after given approval to agreeing.

Representative Joe was very courteous and knowledgeable about how to help with the creditor's so I can get the credit cards paid off in the near future.
I must admit I was very skeptical about this whole process. I seen my situation as a haunting and discouraging cloud which I would have to get used to for a long time. I was skeptical at first about Americor helping me resolve these financial problems. Currently, I have been in the program for over 8 months and Americor has help me settle 5 of my debts with negotiations.
