Absolutely wonderful customer skills. To them it is not strictly a job but they actually care and are as thorough in their explanations. EXTREMELY patient. I haven't been with you all long enough to have much of an opinion. I did do a stop payment for Upgrade, with whom I have three accounts, even paid a fee to my bank to do so. However, notwithstanding the stop payment, today I got charged $432. My bank said they changed their number or something. So, right now I am devastated, with additional transactions scheduled in the next week. Let's hope they don't go through.
