Having experienced many other Institutions and have found that Americo is true to it's words and actions. This is why i am back with Americo services.
My experience with Americor was absolutely amazing, I definitely and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do debt consolidation, my customer service representative Derrick was absolutely top notch and very helpful and knowledgeable explaining to me how everything will work. One of the best calls I’ve ever made!!
The first thing that I liked about them and I knew that I was going to go a rhythm is the representative knew what he was doing what he was talking about and he was so friendly. it felt like I was talking to you one of my best friends . I am getting close to ending the program! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Heather was patient with me, we were going back and forth bc I did not understand something. I talked to Brianna last week and she made my day with her good news. One thing I can say is, Americor helped me see the program to the end, even when I was at one point wanting to give up. Nice to work with, I was just on the call to long.
I really like the person I talked to. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable.
Overall it was good, I was getting frustrated towards the end but it worked out, now to pay off this loan and be done with it.
I liked the fact that they were/are not judging me for needing to consolidate my bills. They are very helpful in every way and that means a lot to someone who through not fault of her own needed help and guidance in getting out of debt. I am truly grateful!
I just signed up for their program but during the process my customer representative Kevin was highly knowledgeable. He was both professional but also personable . Any questions that were not answered on the website, I reached out to my rep and he was able to provide me with the answers I needed. I look forward to improving my credit standing with the help of the Americor program.
