When I tried to cancel before deciding to stay with americor the rep on the phone was bullying me to stay with americor and wouldn't let me cancel my program when I told her i had been with another debt relief company who had just made a settlement offer. I canceled the other program to stay with americor and put all the funds from the other program into my americor dedicated account. Absolutely wonderful customer skills. To them it is not strictly a job but they actually care and are as thorough in their explanations. EXTREMELY patient. Great teamwork so you have to consider the whole business was that efficient...it was not singled out to one person only. By the time I was done, my spirit was elevated.
