The representatives are always pleasant and helpful. They all explain (numerous times) how this all works, what to expect and how to handle situations. I do like the reminders.
Everyone at Americor that I have talked with has been very friendly, and understanding when I needed to make some changes due to the way I get paid at work. So far I think 2 accounts have been settled. still working on the others.
