Communication is amazing! Got my first restructure.
When the customer services (very nice reps) call to give you a settlement, they rattle off all this information before and after they give you the hard numbers. I requested an email with all the information given in the call was was told to look on the websit (too much work) becasue they could not email me the words that were being spoken to me.
