I am a new customer and don't know too much about this relief program. However, the representative made me feel comfortable and educated me about this hardship program and explained clearly about it. I am looking forward to be debt free. I am concerned about my credit hit and not able to make purchases for six months .But I am looking forward to a clean start with a better credit score afterwards. The process was seamless. The only problem is when I requested a change to the allocation of debts I wanted to pay, I did not get a return call. It seems after the initial call the level of customer service has failed.
