Very easy application process and was explained very well.
I love the idea of n having some financial freedom and not being burdened by so much debt however, not paying creditors are scary because I am diligent about my financial obligations and the thought of not paying them seems like a bad choice. I have to think about this before I fully consider joining this process.
I was very pleased with the processing of first nine settlements. The last settlement took two calls and my uploading document of settlement that Bank of America mailed to me for the portal status to be updated. The last rep Icalled told me that they were having problems with website was the reason it wasn't update to the current status.
