When I tried to cancel before deciding to stay with americor the rep on the phone was bullying me to stay with americor and wouldn't let me cancel my program when I told her i had been with another debt relief company who had just made a settlement offer. I canceled the other program to stay with americor and put all the funds from the other program into my americor dedicated account. The customer service was top notch! Sidney explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.
Friendly and courteous people to talk to. I like that I had one representative who I spoke with throughout tge entire process.
The service they offer is what I was looking for. The rep, Mike S, was very clear on what they offered, answered all my questions in a clear and understandable way. The whole process took about an hour and was very well worth the time. The terms are clear, the process is simple and the service is awesome.
