That's no Bull either. Thus far the people I have spoken have been professional and courteous. The Worlds not perfect a my situation is far from the usual and things may not go off exactly tly as they are scheduled and that is what happened to me. It was unintentional and I knew I would straighten thing out with a little more time because others were involved. And so I did and everything is Cool!
Communication was detailed and explained, questions answered. I just signed with them so I hope to be helped as they say they will. No negative ratings have I seen just great reviews!
