The service they offer is what I was looking for. The rep, Mike S, was very clear on what they offered, answered all my questions in a clear and understandable way. The whole process took about an hour and was very well worth the time. The terms are clear, the process is simple and the service is awesome. I highly recommend if you are looking for a debt resolution service.

Very thorough and professional. I have been able to settled several of my debts in a short period of time.
So far, I am very pleased with the service they provide! I would say many of the customer service folks are great… just a few have brought this rating down. If you get someone unhelpful, hang up and try again. Honestly, I’m glad I took this step for my financial future.
It was good overall process. And the agent was nice a professional and explained everything well. And it made a difference that I could understand everything he was saying.

I fell ill unexpectedly, was hospitalized, and pulled out of work by my doctors. All of my credit card balances were low,but with only one income we begin to charge groceries and utilities to keep our house afloat. I kept thinking "I'll be back to work soon and we can catch up".
