Everyone is so understanding and not pushy..they give you information and let you take your reins and decide what and if you want to do it. I been in program almost 4 months and had my first settlement come through 2 days ago!

I felt like I was somewhat pressured into doing this. The gal that I talked to was nice and pleasant. I had two bills I didn’t want involved in this process and they wound up being included. And I have since found out that there was another route I could’ve gone. I have not felt good about my decision. I worked hard and it took a lot of years for me to build up my credit rating and now it’s plummeting.
