Very satisfying interaction with the staff.
It's excellent. They will guide you right. The guy was awesome, he seemed to be very knowledgeable about what we've been doing and the questions I had he was able to answer right away, so it was a very good conversation. They took care of business, so they were very good.
They did a great job getting my accounts settled. They made sure that the payment plans were affordable for me based off the one monthly payment I made to the account I had for them. All the money stays in your name and control. At no point do you lose control of your money. They also have terrific customer service. Each time I called in, (which was usually for clarification purposes or something that wasn't their fault) I was always treated like a human being and not just another call. I did recommend a friend to Americor and she went with them. I can't remember the girl's name, but I usually talk to her and she, she's very understanding. She talks to me and she explains things to me as far as you know that this is going to go into effect. She's a very pleasant person to deal with. They're not out to overcharge you on your payments and stuff like that. I make two payments a month and it's reasonable to where I can afford it and not have to worry about how I'm going to pay. I have to say do far everyone had been up front knowledgeable and very informative. Everything seems to be moving very well out side of that it’s to early to rate higher .
I've been with Americor for 6 months with 8 accounts. Two accounts have been paid off, three are settled, and three are in negotiations. I am very happy with the progress. I have tried other debt consolidation companies in the past with very negative results. I highly recommend Americor.
