They keep me up to date on all negotiations, and had 1 of 5 accounts negotiated within 30 days. Far exceed not hearing anything in 90 days with a legal debt consolidation company
The program does have several fees associated with it but the ability to just have to pay 1 payment, reduce the amount you owe and it be hassle free; it was well worth it.
