Very easy to work with. Very courteous and no hidden agenda
They were very helpful with any questions I had. They helped me get my credit debt to where they are paid off to increase credit score. Credit9 has taken over them. I will pay them directly and be debt free in a few years. Americor is a good company to help people clean up their debt.

hard to get a hold of customer service , I leave messages , but no return phone call, maybe 10 days later.
If I have questions my financial advisor is always available, returning an email within 24-48 hours. They send regular emails on how to proceed through the process and what to expect throughout the program.
