I asked a million questions and the agent I spoke with did a great job of connecting with me in a way that made me listen. Even after agreeing but then reading the contract I had more questions and concerns and the same agent was patient and didn't take offense to anything I said or was concerned about. His confidence in the product made me see this is the best option for me right now. I'm not going to be able to get out of this on my own.
